Install ImpulseCore first

ImpulseCore is the shared addon every Impulse module depends on. Install it before any module — modules don’t work without it.

ImpulseCore — required, install firstFree addon. Owns project membership, hook dispatch, the cron runner, the audit log, the licensing client, and the Security & Maintenance pipeline used by every other Impulse module.
